- 5g dried wakame
Meat
- 2 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then drain. Cut the ham in half and slice into 1cm strips. Trim the ends of the cucumber and julienne it.
