- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced

- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Cut the root off the wasabi greens and slice them into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 1-2 minutes, then drain.
