INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 120g penne
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) white shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and penne. Cook for 1 minute less than the package instructions, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and shimeji mushrooms, and sauté until softened.
Add white wine and cook for 2–3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Sprinkle in the flour and stir until no powdery residue remains. Gradually add milk, stirring each time until thickened. Add the penne and mix until well coated.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve on a plate, sprinkle grated cheese, and finish with a dash of black pepper.
