INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🥩 50g sliced beef
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), peeled and cut
- 50g shungiku (edible chrysanthemum)
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 1.5 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🌰 Pinch of black sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSI
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Place potato, beef, and yakiniku sauce in a microwave-safe container. Mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir and let cool under wrap.
Wrap shungiku in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Cool in water, drain, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, and ground white sesame in a bowl. Toss shungiku with the mixture.
Cut the boiled egg in half and decorate the yolk with 5 black sesame seeds in a flower pattern.
Pack rice, potato-beef mixture, seasoned shungiku, and decorated egg into a bento box.
