INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 50g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
- Sesame seeds to taste
Toppings
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- Chili threads to taste
PASSI
Mix beef and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add soaked rice, yakiniku sauce, and water to the rice cooker, mix well, and level the rice. Layer bean sprouts and beef on top, then cook as usual.
Once cooked, mix in chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
Serve in bowls, topped with onsen eggs and chili threads.
