INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack (360g) ito konnyaku
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf
- 🥕 2cm (20g) carrot
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Cut the cabbage and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the ito konnyaku, and boil for about 3 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ito konnyaku for about 3 minutes.
Add the chicken tenders and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Add the cabbage and carrot, stir briefly, then add sake. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry for about 1 minute until evenly mixed.
