- 1/2 sheet hanpen, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 tbsp powdered cheese

- 1 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)

Slice yam into 1cm rounds and hanpen into thin slices.
