INGREDIENTI
Basic Ingredients
- 🦀 1 kg frozen crab
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion white part
Brining
- 💧 150 ml water
- 4 tbsp vinegar
Seasoning
- 14 tbsp soy sauce
- 9 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
PASSI
Trim the crab legs and clean the shell under running water using a brush.
Mix 150 ml water with 4 tbsp vinegar and pour over the crab. Toss gently.
Finely chop the white part of the green onion and set aside.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Drain the brined crab and mix it with the prepared seasoning.
Add the chopped green onion and sesame seeds to the seasoned crab and mix well.
Transfer the seasoned crab to a serving plate and let it rest for half a day for better flavor.
