- 🍄 15 button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp frying flour
- Adequate cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 paper cup water
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A small amount of cooking oil
PASSI
Cut button mushrooms in half, rinse briefly, and coat with frying flour.
Heat oil and fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown.
Chop carrot, bell pepper, and onion into coarse pieces.
Heat a pan with oil, sauté carrot, bell pepper, onion, and garlic, then add sugar.
Add water, ketchup, and corn syrup to the pan, bring to a boil, then add sriracha sauce and soy sauce.
Place fried mushrooms in a serving dish and pour the sauce over them.
