INGREDIENTI

- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade yellowtail
- 🧅 30g sliced onion
- 30g mizuna greens
Carpaccio Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and mix with mizuna greens in a bowl.
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces using a slicing technique.
