- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning
- 1/3 cup kelp broth
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 tbsp fermented shrimp (solids only)
- 4 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the zucchini and onion.
