Sakura Rice
- 🍚 200g warm rice
- 3 tbsp sakura denbu
Cheese Egg Rice
- 🍚 200g warm rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered cheese
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Avocado Mayo Rice
- 🍚 200g warm rice
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Mix 200g warm rice with 3 tbsp sakura denbu to make Sakura Rice.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1 tbsp powdered cheese, and 1/2 tsp salt.
Add 200g warm rice to the egg mixture, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir to combine.
Peel 1 avocado and place it in a bag with 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/3 tsp salt. Mash until smooth.
Mix the mashed avocado with 200g warm rice to make Avocado Mayo Rice.
Cut 5 sheets of roasted seaweed into thirds.
Place 1/5 of each rice mixture on a piece of seaweed and roll into thin sticks.
Lay a full sheet of seaweed, place two cheese sticks and one rolled rice stick, and roll tightly. Repeat for three rolls.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
