- 🐟 6 fillets of horse mackerel (210g)
- 6cm nagaimo (150g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- Flour, as needed
- 🧈 2 tsp salted butter
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sesame Sauce
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🌰 1 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar

Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Cut nagaimo into slices and sauté in the same pan until tender. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sesame sauce over the sautéed fillets and nagaimo. Garnish with chopped green onions.
