Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 50g arugula
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
