Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of warm cooked rice
Seafood
- 🐚 50g of shelled clams
Vegetables
- 20g of pickled red ginger
- 🌱 1 stalk of green onion
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Toppings
- 1 sheet of nori (seaweed)
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Chop the green onion into small pieces. Mince the pickled red ginger.
Cut the nori sheet into 4 equal pieces.
In a microwave-safe container, combine the clams, sake, and soy sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the warm rice, cooked clams, pickled ginger, green onion, and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into small onigiri (rice balls) and wrap each with a piece of nori.
