Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦪 80g clam meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (40g)
Other
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu
- 1 tbsp miso
- Shichimi togarashi to taste
Broth
- 💧 300ml water
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Slice 1/3 of the green onion into thin strips, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Slice the remaining green onion diagonally.
Pour hot water over the fried tofu to remove excess oil, let it cool, then cut into 1cm wide strips.
In a pot, heat the broth ingredients (water and dashi powder) over medium heat. Once boiling, add clam meat, sliced green onion, and fried tofu. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the broth and stir well.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, pour the miso soup over it, and garnish with thinly sliced green onion. Add shichimi togarashi to taste.
