- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams (pre-soaked)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
