Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bunch (6 stalks) asparagus
- 🥔 2 potatoes, julienned
- 1/2 chili, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Peel the lower half of the asparagus stalks with a peeler and slice diagonally. Julienne the potatoes into 5mm strips and soak them in water to remove excess starch, then drain. Remove seeds from the chili and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the potatoes until they become slightly translucent.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and chili, and cook until the sauce coats the vegetables.
