Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (200g), cleaned
Vegetables
- 🌱 3 asparagus stalks (120g), trimmed and sliced
- 150g yam, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso

Trim the asparagus, peel the tough skin from the bottom third, and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Peel and cut the yam into sticks. Julienne the ginger.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sake, sugar, and miso in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the squid until its color changes.
Add the asparagus, yam, and ginger to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry until the ingredients are coated. Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
