- 🧅 50g green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and twist to separate. Remove the pit using the base of a knife and peel the skin. Slice into 1cm thick pieces. Mince the green onion and ginger.
Mix the minced green onion, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl to create the sauce.
Place the avocado slices in a microwave-safe container and pour the sauce over them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Serve on a plate and drizzle chili oil on top.
