- 1/2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seed, and slice thinly. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Mix beef and yakiniku sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until cooked.
Combine cooked rice and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a rectangular pan, spread half of the rice mixture evenly, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden on the bottom.
On half of the rice in the pan, layer torn lettuce, cooked beef, avocado slices, and half the mayonnaise.
Fold the rice over the toppings to form a burger. Repeat the process for the second burger.
