- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Butter Soy Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste

Slice the king oyster mushroom thinly, then cut into 1cm cubes. Thinly slice the garlic. Cut the bacon into 1cm pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk to make beaten eggs.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown, then remove the garlic.
Add bacon and king oyster mushroom to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the rice to the pan, breaking it apart as you stir-fry. Gather the rice into a circle in the center of the pan and pour the beaten eggs around it.
Top the rice with butter and drizzle soy sauce over it. Sprinkle with garnish salt and pepper, then add the cooked garlic and chopped green onion. Mix everything together once the eggs are semi-cooked.
