Seafood
- 🐚 6 clams, cleaned and purged
Liquid
- 5 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Scrub the clam shells thoroughly and drain the water.
Place clams and sake in a pot, cover, and steam over medium heat for 2 minutes until the shells open. Remove from heat and let cool.
Twist the clam shells apart, remove the meat, and place it back into one half of the shell.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Top each clam with the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes until cooked.
