Shrimp
- 🍤 300g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 🧄 1/3 piece garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
Marinade
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water

Clean the shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Mix the shrimp with marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Chop the green onion roughly and mince the ginger and garlic.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté on medium-low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add doubanjiang and stir for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry on medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
Add the sauce mixture and cook while stirring until it thickens.
