Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Wash the bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Slice the king oyster mushroom thinly and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
Soak the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes to rehydrate. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
Combine the bean sprouts, mushroom, and wakame in a bowl. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
