Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Aromatics
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced

Cut the roots off the bean sprouts and slice them into 1cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry to break it apart. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir quickly. Turn off the heat and mix in the bean sprouts.
