Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 pinch of pepper

Peel the bottom half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 2cm pieces. Cut the yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the beef with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage well, then add cornstarch and mix again.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add asparagus and yellow bell pepper, stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover and steam for about 1 minute. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry to combine.
