- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Vegetables

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
Sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
