- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Prepare the celery by removing the strings, separating the leaves and stalks, and cutting the stalks diagonally into 1cm slices. Chop the leaves into 2cm pieces. Slice the red bell pepper into 5mm strips after removing the stem and seeds. Mince the garlic.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the celery stalks and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the red bell pepper and celery leaves, and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
