- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Condiments
- 2 ume plums, chopped
- 1 tbsp sake

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
