Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 100ml water
