- 🍚 200g cooked white rice
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🌱 4 green beans
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- Pickled ginger, to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 100ml water

Slice the onion into wedges. In a pot, add onion, boiled egg, and all seasoning ingredients. Heat until boiling, then cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the beef slices, breaking them apart. Skim off any foam and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Cut the boiled egg in half. Slice the green beans into quarters.
Place green beans in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Drain excess water.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds with the green beans.
