Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp chili paste

Combine all marinade ingredients in a storage bag and mix well. Add beef and gently massage to coat. Remove air from the bag, seal, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add half of the marinated beef and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Repeat with the remaining beef.
