- 🍚 150g hot germ rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 10g chopped green onion
- 30g julienned daikon

- 40g boiled komatsuna

Beef Stir-fry
- 🥩 40g thinly sliced lean beef
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar

Egg
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg (20g)

- 180ml chicken broth

- 1/2 tsp potato starch

- a dash of pepper
