- 50g somen noodles
Meat
- 40g boneless ham
Vegetables
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 🌽 1 tbsp canned corn
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of dried parsley

Slice the tomato thinly and cut the bell pepper into thin strips after removing seeds and stem.
Cut the boneless ham into 7mm wide strips.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, then cool in ice water and drain thoroughly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, spread somen noodles evenly, and press down with a spatula. Cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes per side.
Place the cooked somen base on a baking sheet, spread pizza sauce, and layer tomato, ham, bell pepper, corn, and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve the pizza on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper and dried parsley.
