- 1 pack chirashi sushi mix (230g)
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 30g sweet pickled ginger
Eggs
- 🥚 120g Japanese rolled omelet

- 🐟 60g tuna sashimi
- 🐟 60g salmon sashimi
- 🍤 50g peeled shrimp

Mix cooked rice with chirashi sushi mix in a bowl to make seasoned sushi rice.
Prepare avocado by slicing it in half, removing the pit, peeling, and cutting into 2cm cubes. Cut rolled omelet into 1cm thick slices and use a flower-shaped cutter for decoration. Slice pickled ginger thinly at an angle.
