- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail
Vegetables
- 🥦 6 florets broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 💧 50ml water
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme

Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds.
Cut yellowtail into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add yellowtail and season with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes until browned, then flip.
Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes until softened. Add canned tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, and consomme. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and simmer briefly until warmed through.
