Bread
- 🍞 1 slice of bread (6 slices per loaf)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Ham
- 🍖 1 slice of ham
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of melting cheese
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧀 Powdered cheese to taste
Vegetables
- 🥦 2 florets of broccoli (20g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- A dash of black pepper

Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
In a mug, mix the milk, salt, pepper, and egg white well. Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and soak them in the mixture.
Tear the ham and melting cheese into pieces and add them to the mug. Add the broccoli florets. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes.
Place the egg yolk in the center, sprinkle powdered cheese and black pepper on top, and serve.
