- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Legumes
- 50g mixed beans
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated cheese

- A pinch of chopped parsley
Soup Base
- 200ml tomato-based vegetable juice (unsalted)
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- A pinch of pepper
단계
Cut the bacon into 5mm slices.
Separate the broccoli into small florets and slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, then add bacon, broccoli, and onion. Stir until well combined.
Add mixed beans and the soup base ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
