- 🥩 120g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Nuts
- 🌰 10 almonds, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Season the beef with salt and pepper and massage it gently.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and chop almonds roughly.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil) in a bowl.
Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Combine the cooked beef, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and dressing in a bowl. Mix well.
Serve the salad on a plate and sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
