Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder

Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Slice carrot thinly and mince garlic.
Mix beef with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant. Add marinated beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add broccoli and carrot to the pan, stir-fry over medium heat, then add sake, sugar, oyster sauce, and chicken broth powder. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
