Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli, chopped
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- As needed cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
