- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
