- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (120g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)

- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water

Cut broccoli into small florets. Peel and slice the stem. Dice onion into 1cm cubes.
Slice sausages diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add sausages and sauté briefly. Add onion and broccoli stems, cooking until translucent. Add water, consomme, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add broccoli florets, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
