Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🥔 2 potatoes (250g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 🥓 4 slices bacon

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 🥛 300cc milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- Pinch of pepper
단계
Separate broccoli into small florets and slice the onion thinly.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave potatoes in a heatproof container for 4 minutes at 600W.
Cut bacon into 1cm wide strips.
In a frying pan, add broccoli and 5 tbsp water. Cover and cook over medium heat until boiling, then steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and stir to evaporate excess water.
Add butter to the pan, then add onion and bacon. Stir-fry over medium heat until the onion softens. Add flour and stir until no longer powdery.
Add milk, salt, consomme, and pepper. Stir until the mixture thickens.
Add potatoes to the mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
