- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced

Cheese Dressing
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 a pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 3 minutes, then drain. Cut boiled eggs into quarters lengthwise.
Mix all cheese dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
