Crepe Batter
- 50g buckwheat flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 150ml water

Mix the crepe batter ingredients (buckwheat flour, salt, and water) in a bowl until smooth.
Cut the ham into halves.
Heat a frying pan with half the salad oil (1/2 tsp) and spread it thinly using a paper towel. Heat the pan over medium heat, then reduce to low heat.
Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it thinly. Once the surface dries, sprinkle half the pizza cheese in a circular shape, place 1 egg in the center, and arrange 2 ham slices around the egg without covering the yolk.
Fold the crepe into a square shape, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and repeat the process to make a second crepe.
