- 240g buri fillets
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Salt Lemon Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
