- 200g buri fillet (2 pieces)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Plum Sauce
- 1 plum (seed removed)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Plum Grated Daikon
- 100g grated daikon
- 1 plum (seed removed)

Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Remove the seeds from 2 plums and mash them. Mix half of the mashed plum with the grated daikon in a bowl to make plum grated daikon.
Pat the buri fillets dry with paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and coat lightly with all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the buri fillets and cook until browned. Flip them, cover with a lid, and steam for about 3 minutes. Add the plum sauce ingredients and simmer until glossy.
Plate the buri fillets and serve with plum grated daikon on the side.
