- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 pack bonito flakes

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.
Place the cabbage and enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, ground sesame, and bonito flakes) and mix well.
